Everything on this site is educational information. It is not medical advice.

Peptide Health Lab does not diagnose any condition, does not treat anyone, does not prescribe anything, and does not tell you what to take. Nothing here is tailored to your circumstances, including the Stack Builder output, which is a starting point for a conversation and not a plan.

Using this site does not create a practitioner-patient relationship between you and us or between you and anyone we mention. No one here is your clinician. Reading a page, completing the intake, or receiving an assessment does not put anyone under a duty of care to you.

Always talk to a licensed provider before acting on anything you read here, and never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something on this site. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call emergency services.

We do not sell peptides

Peptide Health Lab sells nothing. There is no storefront, no cart, and no affiliate arrangement behind any page on this site.

We also do not tell you where to obtain anything, and we never recommend a vendor or a supplier: not by name, not by hint, not by link. That is a deliberate editorial rule, not an oversight, and it applies to every page and to every assessment the Stack Builder produces.

About the research content

Every claim on this site carries a published identifier so you can check it yourself, and every claim is graded by the strength of the evidence behind it. Pages are reviewed on a schedule and carry the date they were last reviewed.

That process is described openly, including its limits, on our methodology page. It makes the content checkable. It does not make the content correct, complete, or current for your situation. Evidence changes, regulatory status changes, and these pages change with them. A page that was accurate when you read it may be superseded later.

The research content is provided for information only and without any warranty. See Disclaimer of warranties below. If you find an error, tell us. The corrections process is part of how the site is meant to work.

Your responsibilities

Legality is yours to establish. Many of the compounds discussed here are not approved medicines. Some are available only on prescription; others are not approved for human use at all and are described on this site as research-only for exactly that reason. What is lawful for you to possess or use depends on where you live, and we do not advise you on that and cannot do so. We do not tell you where to obtain anything, and you are responsible for the legality of whatever you choose to do.

Anti-doping is yours to check. If you compete under any anti-doping code, be aware that a number of the compounds described on this site are prohibited, in competition or at all times. We state the anti-doping status of every compound we list and we check it against the published prohibited list itself, but that status changes and the current list governs. Checking it before you compete is your responsibility, not ours.

Your own health is yours to manage. Any information you give the Stack Builder should be accurate, because an assessment built on wrong information is worse than no assessment. And whatever the site returns, the decision is yours, as is the conversation with a licensed provider that should precede it.

Accounts

• You need an account only for the Stack Builder. Every research page is readable without one.
• Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• One account per person. Do not share an account or let anyone else use yours.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
• You can delete your health data yourself at any time from inside the intake, and you can ask us to close your account entirely.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, and we may stop offering the Stack Builder or any part of the site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the research library, or use automated tools to extract it;
• republish, resell, or redistribute the library or any substantial part of it, or use it to train a model or build a competing reference;
• present Stack Builder output as medical advice, as a treatment plan, or as a substitute for care, either to yourself or to anyone else;
• use the site to advertise, promote, or steer anyone toward any seller of any compound;
• attempt to reach another user's account, intake, or files, or to bypass any access control, rate limit, or security measure;
• upload anything malicious, or anything you have no right to upload;
• interfere with the operation of the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party destinations

The only outbound destinations this site sends you to are the published research it cites and the licensed provider services it names when you ask for provider options in your state. We link to no seller of any kind, ever.

Those provider services are independent businesses with their own terms and their own privacy policies. We do not control them, we do not provide their services, and we are not responsible for what happens once you leave this site. Any care you receive from a provider is between you and that provider.

Intellectual property

The Peptide Health Lab name, the site design, and the written research library are owned by RevivaGo LLC and protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to any public page. You may not copy the library wholesale or create a derivative work from it without written permission.

The underlying studies we cite belong to their own authors and publishers; our identifiers point at their work rather than reproducing it. Anything you upload stays yours. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to store it, encrypted, and to generate the assessment you asked for, as described in our privacy policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site, the research library, and the Stack Builder are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage.

We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for you, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any outcome will follow from anything you read here.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, RevivaGo LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of this site, including any decision you make, or do not make, on the basis of anything published here or produced by the Stack Builder.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevivaGo LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your use of any compound discussed on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If a change matters enough that silence should not count as agreement, we will say so directly rather than rely on this paragraph.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of this site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
